Neighbor's Rehabilitation program treats people of all ages requiring post therapy following hospitalization and or resulting from conditions stated below. Our program is designed to maximize the functional abilities of our patients, enabling them to reach their highest level of independence and to accommodate individual goals and capabilities based on tolerance levels.
